This free commemorative conference hosted by Ice Age Insightsfree commemorative conference hosted by Ice Age Insights celebrates Daryl’s life and work; her contributions to professional and community archaeology shaped understanding of the Late Upper Palaeolithic in the East Midlands. Her leadership in volunteer training, lithic analysis and public engagement continues to influence archaeological practice today.

No formal registration is required, but it would help if you could let David Ingham know at  cbaem@archaeologyuk.org if you're planning to attend, so that the organisers have an idea of numbers.

There are stalls hosted by archaeological organisations with opportunities to handle artefacts, and a fabulous bookshop selling general interest and academic books on all aspects of history, science, archaeology and conservation, and the popular free ACID (Archaeology and Conservation in Derbyshire) magazine will be available.

    DAS will have a stand to attract new members and sell our publications.
